State v. Anonymous, Client found not guilty at trial on all counts, including criminal sexual conduct in the first and third degrees. Client was a vulnerable adult, living a in a group home until his arrest, after which he spent over two years in jail awaiting trial. Public defenders had pled him guilty, and he was awaiting sentencing. We withdrew his involuntary plea, launched a full investigation, and got him acquitted at trial in Chisago County. The Firm’s innocent client was released the same day. (2020).

Anonymous, After Client refused a deal from the State, our Firm got felony charges of Aiding and Abetting Aggravated Assault and Robbery dismissed by Order of the Olmsted County Court for lack of probable cause.
